Follow up on the integration of population programs and goals into the five-year development plans of the Republic at the central, sectoral and local levels.

Laying the technical foundations and developing the institutional, legislative and media structure to be consistent with the objectives of the National Population Policy.

Developing skills and knowledge related to population work and following up on population changes and developments accompanying the stages of implementing the National Population Policy.

Implementing studies and scientific research related to diagnosing and analyzing population conditions, in addition to conducting some specialized surveys in cooperation with executive authorities at the central, sectoral, and governorate levels.

Organizing conferences, specialized workshops, and training courses aimed at discussing and evaluating population programs and involving all sectors of society in implementing the programs and objectives of the National Population Policy.

Follow up on the implementation of decisions issued by the National Population Council.
